Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate directions, policy information, and assistance in a professional manner. Support daily operations by observing for maintenance issues, potential hazards, and/or policy violations, then relaying information through proper reporting channels for follow-up. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
