How you’ll make an impact in this role Warmly greet and check-in and check-out all patients and visitors, handling necessary documentation and ensuring a positive first impression. Expertly manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirmation, and processing requests for medical record releases. Carefully manage and verify patient demographic and Medical Insurance details, including obtaining all required Pre-Authorizations and Authorizations to ensure continuity of care. Accurately enter and review daily charges for patient services and manage co-payments, deposits, and daily report reconciliations to maintain financial integrity. Provide essential administrative support to your colleagues, helping to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently so the clinical team can focus on care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education:High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
