This role ensures that hiring and onboarding practices comply with organizational policies and applicable federal, state, and regulatory standards. Also, ensuring that Credentialing Team Members are trained appropriately to comply with departmental standards and practices. The Specialist develops and maintains credentialing procedures, conducts compliance audits of new hire records, and manages credentialing requirements across roles within the organization.
