Lead, develop and mentor members of the Change Management team Qualifications. What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):8 years of related experience Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Strong organization and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively with others and excellent active listening skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting ideas and concepts to leadership Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position. This role is located in Chicago and follows a hybrid work schedule Flexible, with the ability and willingness to travel up to 60% to support business needs What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g. Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™)) with program level experience in leading strategy/execution of Change Management deliverables, across multiple workstreams Experience facilitating groups of individuals to unstructured outcomes Experience in motivating change management methodologies in aviation and/or frontline employees’/operations Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, data collection & analysis and data visualization Ability to interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports. The base pay range for this role is $159,790.00 to $207,998.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
