This role is located in Chicago and follows a hybrid work schedule Flexible, with the ability and willingness to travel up to 60% to support business needs What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g. Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™)) with program level experience in leading strategy/execution of Change Management deliverables, across multiple workstreams Experience facilitating groups of individuals to unstructured outcomes Experience in motivating change management methodologies in aviation and/or frontline employees’/operations Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, data collection & analysis and data visualization Ability to interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports. The base pay range for this role is $159,790.00 to $207,998.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
