Accountable for providing effective customer service to patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities. What you will do. Answering phone to respond to all inquiries made by patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities. Schedule patient appointments as required via telephone calls and written notification to patients. Screening and routing patient calls to other departments efficiently, ensuring accurate registration. Responding to patient’s questions and needs for editing, canceling and re-scheduling appointment as necessary. Support and maintain a professional business atmosphere. Essential Qualifications.
