Lead, coach and develop the service sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets. Drive growth by identifying opportunities within existing and new customer accounts. Build strong relationships with key customers through regular sales visits and engagement. Maintain sales activity and ensure all leads, contacts and opportunities are accurately recorded in the CRM - Manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly revenue targets. Identify growth opportunities within the region and convert them into new business. Respond to customer enquiries, prepare proposals and negotiate pricing and delivery timelines. Work closely with service, engineering and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results. Participate in weekly sales coaching meetings and communicate sales activity, forecasts and opportunities with the branch team Qualifications. You are a motivated sales leader who thrives in a technical environment and enjoys building strong teams and customer partnerships. Specialised requirements – Qualifications/licences:Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales management role or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of Konecranes and Demag Service products. Understanding of Australian standards in relation to overhead cranes/ hoists an advantage. Intermediate/ Advanced experience with computer programs: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Current and valid Driver Licence. Demonstrated high degree of organisational ability. Excellent customer relations skills with a methodical sales approach. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively and productively engage with colleagues and other stakeholders
