Provide legal support to the Sales and Account Management organization and other internal business partners supporting PBM clients (Finance, Audit, etc.)Negotiate complex legal documents, including PBM client agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and data protection agreements directly with external clients, including employer groups, coalitions and consultants. Collaborate strategically with internal business partners to advise on new business offerings, identify legal or regulatory challenges and present effective solutions. Effectively matrix with senior-level attorneys and critical business partners, including Compliance, Privacy, Information Technology, operations and Corporate/ Business Development. Manage outside counsel on discrete matters as may be required. Work with Legal, Compliance and business clients in developing, implementing, and coordinating contracting and governance strategies. Proactively identify contracting risks for business partners. Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J. D.) required; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 3 years of commercial contracting experience, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements. Strong drafting, negotiation, and risk-analysis skills. Preferred experience in healthcare, insurance, benefits, and/or pharmacy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with legal and non-legal partners. Ability and willingness to learn new subject areas and take on expanded responsibilities. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 132,700 - 221,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
