The Director will serve as the operational strategic liaison across internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance delivery and drive results supporting company initiatives. Core Responsibilities:Proactively builds and manages strategic relationships with internal and external business partners. Works collaboratively with internal business partners to identify, assess and support the implementation of business strategies and growth opportunities. Develops implementation strategies for key advanced payments products (e.g. EMV, Transit, Protect Buy and digital payments)Provides thought leadership to other teams through analysis and strategy, client engagement, legal approvals and opportunity assessments. Ensures adequate resources (production capacity) exists to support the on-going support activities and prioritized development projects needed to both support and grow the Payments business. Assess opportunities to improve product delivery processes and drive continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or military experience. At least 8 years of project management, change management, business consulting or operations experience within the payments industry. At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal or external business clients. Preferred Qualifications:10 years of project management, change management, business consulting or operations experience within the payments industry. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 5 years of experience leading process improvement initiatives
