Deliver HR & Benefits implementation services using UKG Ready. Collaborate with project managers and client teams to understand project goals and recommend tailored system configurations. Analyze client business needs and recommend optimal UKG Ready setup in coordination with the Project Manager. Guide clients through the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of UKG Ready HR functionalities. Document system configurations and provide clear communication of recommendations to clients. Manage multiple concurrent implementations and go-live transitions. Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery. Support clients during the handover to long-term vendor support. Lead consulting sessions—both virtual and on-site—to train and guide client teams. Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates on project milestones and deliverables. Maintain up-to-date knowledge and certifications for UKG Ready and related modules. Provide mentorship and support to other consultants within the team. Meet or exceed company utilization targets. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. Requirements. Minimum 3 years of experience in UKG Ready implementation or activation. Background in consulting or professional services. Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common project management and video conferencing tools. Highly dependable with a proactive, self-directed work ethic. Strong commitment to professional standards and quality outcomes. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Team-oriented with a client-focused mindset. Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed. Preferred Qualifications. UKG Ready Core HR certification"Armanino"
