Summary We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and effective user experiences. This role requires a strong balance of design thinking, usability, and business understanding. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and functional requirements. Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate design decisions. Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Deliverables include mockups, prototypes, visual assets, and documentation required for proper implementation Define and maintain UX standards, design systems, and style guides. Review and validate UI implementations to ensure alignment with design intent. Continuously improving product usability based on analytics, user feedback, and testing results. Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX best practices within the team Qualifications. Mandatory Skills and Experience 5 years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer for web and/or mobile applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills. Understand research, user scenarios, and prototyping and possess in-depth knowledge of composition, color theory, typography, grids, and layouts High-level proficiency in Figma—including libraries, auto layout, and prototyping Possess graphic and user interface design skills, an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for detail Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting results. Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to balance user needs with business goals. Good to have A strong interest in design trends, emerging technologies, and electronics Experience working in Saas or enterprise product environments. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end constraints (not mandatory). Familiarity with Agile/ Scrum development processes. Experience designing for data-heavy or workflow-driven applications. Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG).
