Development of internal administration processes of leaves to ensure accuracy, efficiency and high levels of customer service. Administer Short-Term and Long-Term Disability programs at BNSF. Work with internal customers, leaders and legal counsel to address FMLA and MLOA questions, concerns, and daily administration. Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Superior customer service skills in responding to inquiries from all levels of employees and customers. Strong problem-solving skills. Must be able to work independently and as a team player. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to administer programs while staying compliant with state and federal laws.\u 00 A 0 Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management, Computer Science related degree or similar field preferred 1-2 years experience working with Employee Leave Programs such as FMLA and Medical Leaves strongly preferred.
