In this position… This pivotal, hands-on leadership role is integral to our security organization, overseeing all security operations for Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) facilities, which include parts distribution centers and warehouses, within a designated region. These roles will also have responsibility for supporting security operations at select commercial properties (offices, design studios, test facilities, etc.) within their region. As a Security Operations Team Leader, you will act as a key point of contact, exercise independent judgment, take charge of operational situations, and provide exceptional customer service while representing the department.
