The Department of Political Science invites applications for a non-tenure faculty line position at the Assistant Professor of Instruction level. The position involves teaching required and elective courses in Political Science, with a focus on core courses in American Government. Required Qualifications A minimum of a master’s degree in political science. Preferred Qualifications Earned PhD. in political science, or ABD in political science (degree must be earned by the beginning of the Fall 2026 semester). Several years of teaching experience in Political Science, especially in American Government core courses. Demonstrated ability to work with college students. Effective interpersonal skills.
