We’re creating a new HR Shared Services Lead role to build a modern, scalable HR support model that improves the employee experience and elevates the impact of our HR Business Partners. This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up, lead a team, and shape how HR service is delivered across the organization. What You’ll Do Design and operationalize Level 0 (self-service) and Level 1 HR support services, establishing a scalable shared services foundation. Define and standardize the scope of HR inquiries handled by Shared Services versus HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence. Develop and maintain centralized HR resources, including knowledge articles, FAQs, templates, decision trees, and standardized response content. Standardize HR intake processes, workflows, and service responses to improve efficiency and reduce variability and rework. Supervise, coach, and develop a team of HR Shared Services representatives delivering frontline HR support. Leverage HR systems and tools (HRIS, case management, ticketing, chatbots) to enhance service delivery and user experience. Analyze service data, trends, and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization. What We Look For Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of progressive experience in a similar field including HR, finance, IT or continuous improvement roles. Proven ability to standardize processes and build scalable, repeatable solutions. Understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle events, and operational HR service delivery preferred. Prior experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment preferred. Experience with HR case management or ticketing systems and tiered HR service delivery models (Level 0/1/2) preferred. What We Offer:The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $113,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
