Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management. May or may not operate a powered industrial truck (PIT) based on operations/department need. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:High school diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic computer skills. Ability to meet physical requirements, perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and stand for long periods. Ability to read and understand reports and a willingness to cross train on several operations. Possess communication, teamwork, problem solving, and leadership skills. Dependability/punctuality. Have a basic understanding of Window and Door manufacturing requirements. PHYSICAL DEMANDS FOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Tier III - Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 pounds. Ability to safely push and/or pull up to 98 pounds of force. Climb stairs/steps at will. Obtain a variety of positions such as stooping, reaching, twisting etc. Ability to grasp and pinch frequently throughout the day. Work around and near moving equipment and machinery.
