We are looking for an experienced Senior Game Designer with a strong design foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, focused on creating engaging gameplay experiences, aligning features with player-first thinking and business goals, and raising the overall quality of our design output. Key Responsibilities Design, own, and lead the design for systems and mechanics that enhance player engagement, features, and live ops. Write clear, detailed design documents, presentations and pitches that translate vision into actionable tasks. Collaborate closely with product, UI/ UX/ Art and Engineering to ensure seamless integration of design into the overall player experience. Provide clear, constructive feedback on builds and peer documentation. Contribute to creative brainstorming and ideation sessions. Ensure design deliverables meet both creative and technical standards. Analyse player data and feedback to iterate on features and improve the player experience. Advocate for the player-first mindset, balancing player enjoyment with business goals. Act as the voice of design in discussions, stakeholder meetings and pitches. Qualifications. Our Ideal profile will be 5 years of experience in Game Design working on F 2 P mobile titles or live titles. Strong foundation in systems design, core loops, economy design, and live ops features. Thorough understanding of Game Design principles, the mobile gaming industry, and the latest trends. Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills; able to clearly articulate design vision to diverse teams. Familiarity with UI/ UX principles, player psychology, user flows, and holistic player experience. Strong analytical mindset and ability to balance data with creative intuition. Proficiency in design tools (Unity, Unreal, Figma, Confluence, JIRA, etc.)Comfortable with both high-level creative vision and hands-on execution.
