Include:Health & Welfare and Retirement plan budgets, renewals and vendor partner oversight. Retirement plan funding and administration including non-discrimination testing, 5500 support, annual audits, regulatory submissions, and related plan management. Partner with HR field and business partners for ongoing benefits portfolio support. Analyze and leverage external benchmarks, market trends, and internal customer service data to inform strategy. Support employee wellbeing with benefits and resources that align with a multi-generational workforce. Liaise with key internal partners, including Payroll, Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR business partners, HR Technology, and moreSupport special projects including market expansions and other cross-functional initiatives. Coach peers and others in data integrity, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and customer service excellenceSupport the planning, administration and communication of annual open enrollment, and other benefits changes throughout the year. Qualifications 10 years of experience working in benefits. Excellent customer service skills, supporting both internal and external customers. Detail oriented with strong analytical and MS Office/ Excel skills. Innovative and process-improvement focused. Working knowledge of federal, state, local regulations (e.g. FMLA/ ADA), retirement plan legislation (ERISA/ DOL), and Health & Welfare/ ACA regulations (e.g. HIPAA, and COBRA), with ongoing management of regulatory developments. Skills And Experience. Bachelor’s degree. Experience working with HRIS systems, including Workday. Strong project management and organizational planning skills. Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)Excellent communication skills for collaborating with other teams, internal and external, and customer service and engagement content creation skills to support NCR Voyix's employees and retirees.
