Assist with managing customer accounts, including writing replenishment orders and reviewing inventory needs. Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining strong communication and follow-up practices. Support customer inventory maintenance through strip and tag systems, accurate stock orders, and restocking. Coordinate with warehouse and service teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with industry standards, new technologies, and product updates. Provide support in collections and receivables as needed. Process and prepare customer stock orders and deliveries. Assist in warehouse inventory management, stocking, and product receiving. Perform on-site customer service, including setting up displays, restocking shelves, and checking product accuracy. Fill in for sales staff when necessary by writing accurate orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of automotive parts and systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
