As a Branded Environments Designer I on our team you will: Provide assistance throughout the design process under routine guidance; contribute to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design. Begin to understand branding concepts (including interior architecture, print graphics, environmental graphics, and signage and wayfinding) and their integration in the built environment. Provide design support to team members. Participate in preparing design plans, design strategy, storytelling, color plans, and schedules. Support development of plan diagrams, sections, and elevations. Learn to manipulate basic design elements and applies principles of design such as form, scale, color, texture, pattern, balance, and proportion. Assist in creating presentation materials and models for client presentations. Participate in site analysis, including survey of existing conditions and field measurements. Use a creative approach to perform tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent way. Self-check work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and compile data for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual. Proactively ask questions and expresses curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large. Provide support to tasks within project teams (may focus on individual detailed tasks) and studio activities. Participate in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups. Assist with coordination among partners and consultants. Communicate ideas and thoughts in a way that inspires others. Keep open communication within team and with designated team leader. For consideration, you should have: (updated) 0-3 years of experience. A professional degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related discipline. Full knowledge of Adobe Suite - Photoshop, In. Design, Illustrator. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn. Collaborative and professional work ethic. Additional skills include knowledge of UX/ UI, human-centered design, 2 D/3 D production software's like Revit, conceptual modeling tools such as Rhino and Grasshopper; Visualization tools such as Enscape, and V - Ray. LEED GA or WELL AP within 6 months of hire.
