Join a warehouse team in an electronics recycling environment. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to process and sort recyclable materials. It’s a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for a pay increase and benefits once hired full-time. Key Responsibilities:Dismantle and sort electronic and recyclable materials Separate items such as motherboard components, wiring, plastics, aluminum, CP - Us, memory boards, and server parts Transport materials throughout the facility Operate a forklift when needed Scan or log incoming materials using tablets (as required) Learn to identify different material categories over time Use hand tools and, depending on the assignment, some power tools Requirements:Experience using hand tools Steel-toe boots required Strong manual dexterity and comfort handling small tools (e.g., screwdrivers) Ability to perform repetitive sorting and disassembly tasks Willingness to work outdoors as needed Awareness of warehouse safety practices, including working around forklift traffic Pay & Schedule Details:$18 per hour (paid weekly) Monday–Friday schedule 30-minute lunch break Two 15-minute breaks WHO IS TMD STAFFING?
