FO - Zs Schedule 1st Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:00 PM Flexibility required for off-hours work as needed Occasional overtime - - - Pre-employment drug test and background check are required Compensation Hourly rate based on experience, role level, and applicable shift differential that aligns with your expertise and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on printing and finishing equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control systems Maintain auxiliary equipment and facility systems Support general building maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations Partner with production teams to minimize downtime Qualifications Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow both written and oral English communication. Possess excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experienced in a manufacturing/production environment. Must be familiar with AC and DC circuits, low voltage through 480 v three phase power. Office software and computer navigation skills. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Effective team collaboration and communication Ability to use hands for 100% of work time (e.g. wrenches, screw drivers, drills, etc.); and reach above shoulders for 25% of work time. Ability to: stand and walk for 75% of work time; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 25% of work time. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds or less 30% of work time, up to 50 pounds or less 15% of work time and up to 75 pounds or less 15% of work time. Ability to: see clearly at 20 inches or less, or 20 feet or more and the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus.
