Technical Expertise & Maintenance - Perform advanced maintenance and repairs across building systems - Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including thermostats and programming - Maintain plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and ventilation systems - Complete general repairs including carpentry, drywall, painting, and fixtures - Troubleshoot and resolve complex facility and equipment issues - Utilize Building Automation Systems (BAS) where applicable ?? Facilities Operations - Maintain club buildings, equipment, and infrastructure to high standards - Ensure all systems are operating safely and efficiently - Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs - Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives - Use and maintain power tools and specialized equipment safely ?? Leadership & Team Support - Promote a positive and professional work environment - Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to less experienced team members - Represent the Engineering Department when leadership is not present - Communicate effectively with all departments and team members ?? Administrative & Safety Responsibilities - Document work orders and communicate updates clearly - Maintain an organized and safe work environment - Follow all safety procedures and identify potential hazards - Ensure safety of members, guests, staff, and property at all times - Respond effectively in emergency situations
