Full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger, AP/ AR, and payroll. Financial accuracy and consistency across multiple business units. Monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations. Preparation of financial reports using established templates. Support for budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitoring expenses and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Coordination with external accountants for tax filings and audits. Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. What Success Looks Like. Leadership confidence in financial reporting and data integrity. What We're Looking For. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4-8 years of progressive accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting. Experience working in multi-entity environments preferred. Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Background. CPA or CPA-track (a plus, not required)Experience in service-based or industrial environments.
