We're looking for a highly organized operations professional to take full ownership of scheduling and work order management. Managing the full lifecycle of work orders with a high level of accuracy. Building and maintaining efficient schedules based on technician capacity and geography. Ensuring all jobs are properly documented, complete, and ready for billing. Proactively identifying and solving scheduling or workflow issues before they become problems. Communicating clearly with both customers and internal teams to keep work moving. What Success Looks Like. Work orders are complete, accurate, and billing-ready the first time. Technicians have balanced, efficient schedules. Minimal last-minute scheduling changes. Fast turnaround from job completion to billing readiness. What We're Looking For 2 years of dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordination experience. Strong attention to detail - you catch what others miss. Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy. Comfortable working in systems (CMMS, CRM, or similar)Confident communicator who follows up and drives results. Someone who takes ownership and doesn't let tasks fall through the cracks. What This Role Is NOT - Not a technical troubleshooting role. Not a sales position.
