Great aerospace client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to provide hands-on support across multiple production areas at a world-class aerospace manufacturing facility. This is a critical role focused on sustaining throughput, improving process reliability, and maintaining the documentation and controls that keep production running smoothly. Develop and maintain setup documentation, SOPs, and process controls to strengthen quality and operational consistency\n\t. Drive improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and support on-time production\n\t. Provide hands-on technical support across machines, systems, and production equipment\n\t. Utilize data tracking tools to monitor performance and identify trends\n\t. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution\n\n\n. Qualifications: \n\n\n\t. Must have experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical operations environment\n\tstrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability\n\t. Must have experience with manufacturing equipment, automation, or precision systems\n\t. CAD experience (Solid. Works, AutoCAD, or similar) prefferred \n\t. Prior experience with process development or continuous improvement preferred \n\n\n.
