In this role, you will remain visible, provide strong customer service and communication, and handle security-related concerns with professionalism. Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, resort policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with location guidelines. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related matters to site leadership when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including lobbies, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, as conditions vary by siteSupport a professional hotel and resort environment by reporting unusual activity, helping to deter unauthorized access, and assisting with security-related communications and documentation. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
