Operational Project Support: Apply your business management skills to support various operational projects. This includes implementing best practices in operational excellence, developing frameworks to streamline processes, and creating ways of working models to enhance productivity and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, document processes, and track project progress. Project Management: Utilize your project management skills to effectively manage projects within the Sustainability operations organization. You will be responsible for creating project plans, aligning on resources, and monitoring project timelines. Additionally, you will communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide status updates. Strong educational background in an engineering, technical, and/or business field Ability to work on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to bring people together from a wide variety of organizations Very data driven. Able to develop meaningful Key Performance Indicators and metrics that measure the value created by the programs that you lead Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to maintain alignment across a wide range of stakeholders Must be comfortable presenting program status to management Additional Information. Time Type:Full time.
