Position Summary: Do you have a passion for enhancing industrial automation systems across diverse applications and industries? As an Industrial Automation Technician, you will play a key role in helping customers modernize and optimize their control system infrastructure. Working across multiple industries and facilities, you’ll assess, design, and implement cutting-edge automation solutions that enhance manufacturing reliability and efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders, provide expert consultation, and drive innovation in industrial automation. Reports to: AIMM Business Development Manager Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Manufacturing (or equivalent experience). 3 years of experience as a Controls Engineer or similar role. Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI/ SCADA, plant historian, motion control, and industrial networks. Experience creating detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) for automation solutions. ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Rockwell Automation control system solutions.
