Veteran-Centered Service: Deliver daily essential services such as meals, hygiene supplies, and shelter with dignity and care. Customer Service Excellence: Support veterans with their needs, concerns, and transitions - including move-ins and move-outs - while maintaining a client-first approach. Conflict Resolution & De-escalation: Respond to and help prevent verbal and physical altercations; document incidents and report to site leadership promptly. Safety & Emergency Procedures: Implement and uphold all safety protocols, including bed checks, emergency response actions, and room inspections to ensure a clean and hazard-free facility. Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and residential staff to maintain a therapeutic and supportive environment. Facility Upkeep: Assist with facility cleanliness, maintenance, inventory supply needs, and preparation for inspections. Routine Monitoring & Documentation: Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of services, safety checks, and client interactions. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with veterans, individuals in recovery, or similar populations preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain composed in high-stress situations and apply sound judgment. Commitment to fostering a safe, sober, and respectful environment. Basic computer literacy. Valid driver's license preferred (company vehicle use may require additional training and insurance eligibility). Why U.S. VETS?
