Here, our assistance has a direct impact on our client's quality of life. The Case Manager Specialist may perform the duties of a Case Manager and is assigned a limited caseload. How to be Successful in the Role: You will become a subject matter expert in areas of ADR Quality Assurance, case transfer minimum standards, and non-grant medical assistance (NGMA). This position is also a working lead and will carry a reduced caseload. Your Future in this Role: Throughout the onboarding process, you will meet with the Managers and Supervisors regularly to discuss expectations, set goals, identify priorities, and gain familiarity with current policies, procedures, and strategic measures. Core Daily Responsibilities:Provides ongoing training, case consultation and support to ADR staff regarding policies and procedures. Participates in state and agency sponsored conferences and webinars. Serves as an expert providing technical training to ADR staff. Perform field work and visits to clients, facilities, and providers. Provides quality assurance monitoring to ensure accuracy of work and identify future training needs. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, psychology, counseling and guidance, sociology or related field and. Three years or more experience providing direct human services, preferably in the area of providing services to senior citizens is required. Possession of, or the ability to obtain a valid driver’s license and meet the travel requirements of position by providing and utilizing personal vehicle. As a condition of employment, the applicant will need to authorize and complete a background check.
