How to be Successful in the Role: You will become a subject matter expert in areas of ADR Quality Assurance, case transfer minimum standards, and non-grant medical assistance (NGMA). This position is also a working lead and will carry a reduced caseload. Three years or more experience providing direct human services, preferably in the area of providing services to senior citizens is required. Possession of, or the ability to obtain a valid driver’s license and meet the travel requirements of position by providing and utilizing personal vehicle.
