Conduct analysis and testing to ensure product performance and reliability. Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experiences in µWave/mm. Wave measurement techniques and test equipment. To work on development, and implementation of new products from concept to launch. Design and develop required test hardware from concept to production for the new products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design meets customer needs and requirements. Create technical documentations such as product datasheets, user guides. Independently evaluate, select, and modify standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Flexibility to work on a variety of projects with various levels of difficulty. Develop and maintain project work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Continuously improve product development processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering. Knowledge of the basic concepts of analog RF and microwave electronics. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CAD software (PCB layout tools, Cadence Allegro) and other relevant engineering tools. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Desired Skill Set: Knowledge of the basic concepts of analog RF and microwave electronics. Coursework or exposure in one or more of the following Digital Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, Digital Communication, RF Systems, RF Circuits Excellent analytical skills: critical thinking, problem solving and data analysis. Familiarity with the use of programming/scripting tools such as C programming, Python, Lab. VIEW a plus Good initiative and motivation in a challenging environment.
