Implement the AWP Process for the creation of the Work Breakdown Structure. Organize and present the proposal execution plan to the project team prior to submission of the proposal. Monitor and lead the development of project constructability/best practice strategies from the collection of lesson’s learned through a series of site audits and communication workshops.
