First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 06:30 pm)Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists. Trained to complete pre-operation equipment inspections and report any issues identified. Trained to set up, adjust, and operate all basic machine tools. Read and interpret work instructions, then execute work per instructions. Work with quality and production teams to identify areas for process improvement. Production Worker Qualifications:At least 1 year of work experience in a production environment. Ability to follow verbal or written instructions. Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Ability to use various hand and power tools.
