The Analyst, Sports supports the growth of our brands and businesses through the sports industry by helping turn ideas into actionable plans. This role contributes across sponsorships and partnerships, media, and agency coordination, ensuring programs are executed efficiently and on time. The position is best suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and an interest in sports and broader culture. You should be comfortable collaborating across teams and levels of the organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward. This role offers the opportunity to work on iconic brands and support an ambitious sports partnership strategy. The Analyst of Sports Marketing will assist in bringing partnerships to life by coordinating with internal teams, external agencies, and league and team partners, while supporting asset development, approvals, and execution. You will help ensure all deliverables align with brand and partner guidelines, contribute to campaign execution, and support reporting and recaps to evaluate performance. You’ll be encouraged to bring forward ideas, think creatively about how our brands show up in sports, and help evolve how we connect with consumers through partnerships. Key Components of the RoleSupport the planning and execution of sports marketing partnerships (including leagues, teams, and talent) across the organization to build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the business. Coordinate and track approvals between our internal organization and various league, team, and talent partners, ensuring all creative aligns with brand and partner guidelines and is delivered on time. Assist Sports Marketing team in the development of end-to-end sports strategy. Maintain detailed records of contractual assets, deliverables, and timelines to ensure full delivery against contracts. Track, organize, and traffic creative assets for league and team partners and for easy access and future reuse across brands. Help coordinate internal requests for partnership assets across the business and assist in reviewing creative assets to ensure they meet partner guidelines before submission. Collaborate with external partners on creative briefs for sports initiatives. Work closely with the sports marketing agency and ancillary vendors to ensure successful partnership execution. Track and organize creative assets and content libraries for easy access and future reuse across brands. Assist in the development of research frameworks for ROI on Sports Partnerships. Support the influence of category marketing, central marketing, consumer insights, sales, finance, and agency partners to bring creative ideas & activations from concept to reality. Collaborate with cross-agency teams (creative, social, media, PR) to bring ideas to life and extend campaign across relevant channels. Support budget tracking and financial reconciliation for partnerships and activations. Apply consumer insights to inform sports partnerships and campaign strategy. Analyze data to inform strategies and assess in-market results to drive business objectives. Assist in delivering creative work and activations on time and on budget. Qualifications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously. High attention to detail, especially when working with assets, approvals, and partnership deliverables. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, comfortable working with trackers, timelines, and presentations. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on adaptability and flexibility. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a cross-functional team environment. Prior experience in marketing, either in a CPG company or supporting from the agency side (advertising, consulting, media), is preferred. New Hire Base Salary Range:$77,800.00 - $97,300.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
