Manages, oversees and coordinates all aspects of recruitment for all accounts in Southern Wisconsin, and ensures quick, efficient, and compliant hiring. Finds new and creative ways to reach part time staff members and recruit them for employment with BEST. Actively seeks Non-Profit Organizations from the local communities who are seeking fund raising opportunities, bringing them into our NPO Programs. Work with all new and current hires to obtain their Wisconsin Security Permit, ensuring compliance with all staffing calls, and making the licensing process as simple as possible for PT staff members (and NPOs when appropriate). Proactively communicates with and seeks feedback from the operations team. The main goal is to utilize the tools available to set them up for success, so it is imperative this position is lock step with operations, ensuring fully staffed, compliant events. Proactively communicates with and seeks feedback from all staff. Seeks to continuously improve performance and efficiencies. Execute a variety of different types of hiring events, interviews, and job fairs; finding new and creative ways to not only hire new staff, but ensure they are converted to post as well. Working alongside operators to develop and maintain staff retainment practices. Up to 25% travel required. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required Minimum Qualifications:Excellent people management skills. Experience finding, recruiting, and hiring for high volume businesses. Excellent communication skills both oral and written Initiative – Engages in proactive behavior and looks for new project opportunities. Adaptability – Responds effectively to changes in situation or information. Minimum of three years of previous hiring and recruitment experience. Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: event staffing, security, sports management, athletics. Ability to pass a background check. Valid Driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check. Physical and Mental Demands:While performing the duties of this job, it is required to sit, stand, walk, talk or hear. On occasion, it may be required to climb and work in high places, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. Position may also require work in confined spaces and exposure to different types of outdoor weather conditions. Must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
