Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Indiana University Health Medical Group’s leadership team leadership team in the role of Administrator – Practice Operations and Strategy. You will assist with the AAHC future academic and clinical programming and design with facility leaders. Coordinates practice and provider acquisitions and integration activities. Accountable for operational strategy as it relates to outpatient staffing models, between visit patient care, defining clinical expectations, and implementation of best practices in all single-specialty clinics. Supports the CPO on the implementation of annual operating goals particularly in the areas of outpatient clinic optimization/utilization. Responsible for oversight of workforce planning. Works with practice operations and the ambulatory nursing team to develop and implement appropriate and consistent staffing models in the outpatient clinics. Assists with coordination in implementing the statewide unified medical group. Responsible for developing robust strategies and driving growth and operations. Ensures IU Health Indy Metro portfolio delivers the best possible patient and team member experience through quality, accessibility and great patient care. Collaborates with executives and senior leadership and front-line team members, executes organizational development strategy, and motives change initiatives across the portfolio to optimize organizational potential and achieve strategic and operational objectives. Key Relationships. Reports to: Vice President, Chief Practice Officer Candidate Qualifications. Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in applicable clinical specialty, Finance, Business Management or Health Administration is required. Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. 10 Yrs healthcare plus 8 years physician practice with Finance, Ops and Admin. Advanced knowledge of physician compensation plan is required.
