Facilitate and mentor engineering college Senior Design projects in collaboration with Mitsubishi Power Systems. Support visual factory systems and production communication tools to monitor flow and performance against targets. Partner with production management to resolve issues impacting schedules, including material shortages, equipment failures, and non-conformances. Analyze production and operational data to optimize resources, scheduling, and workflow efficiency. Lead and coach interns, supporting their development and integration into the organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline. Five or more years of experience applying Lean, continuous improvement, or related industrial engineering tools.
