We are currently seeking an EKG Technician I - to join our highest trained, and most technologically advanced Cardiology department at Clovis Community Medical Center. As an EKG Technician I - you'll perform non-invasive cardiovascular tests and procedures and will ensure quality care, safety, and general comfort of the patient undergoing tests. You'll interact effectively with patients and medical professionals in a fast paced environment with the ability to adapt to demanding situations. You'll be someone who is patient focused, compassionate and a great communicator who can convey information effectively to ensure quality patient care. High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required. Experience 1 year of experience in a EKG Technician or similarly related position required. Experience requirement can be substituted by individuals who have successfully completed a Basic Arrhythmia or EKG/ ECG course in the prior 1 year before hire or transfer into the position. Licenses and Certifications.
