Wed 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Thur 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Fri 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Sat 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential theft-related concerns, helping to deter loss and supporting store protocols through visible presence. Assist with access control, closing procedures, and/or crowd management during busy periods, special events, or emergency situations as directed by site leadership. Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Security-related experience of 1 years is required. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
