Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.42 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused office location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocol. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify issues for reporting. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations. Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, patrol observations, and/or daily activity while communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Minimum Requirements:Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
