Lead daily operations of the assembly team, assigning tasks and ensuring production goals are met. Interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and CAD files to guide assembly. Oversee setup, assembly, wiring, and testing of hot runner systems. Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting assembly and functionality issues. Verify completed assemblies using precision measuring tools. Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with ISO/ QS 9000 and internal quality systems. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost reduction. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Qualifications:5 years of manufacturing experience, including hot runner assembly exposure. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and CAD models. Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)Knowledge of electrical wiring and assembly processes. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and support a hands-on environment. Preferred:Experience with ERP systems and production tracking. Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure. Familiarity with ISO/ QS 9000 standards. Technical certification or associate degree. Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
