Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Reporting to the Senior Reliability Specialist, you will lead the third shift maintenance function at the Russellville, Arkansas manufacturing facility. You will provide direction to mechanical craftspeople, guide equipment performance tracking, support capital and maintenance projects, and ensure production lines and supporting equipment operate safely, efficiently, and within budget. You will steward predictive and preventive maintenance activities to help achieve plant safety, uptime, and reliability goals. A Taste of Your Responsibilities. Lead team members engaged in maintenance and installation of machines, tools, and equipment. Monitor downtime and production line efficiencies, identify mechanical trends, and support continuous improvement. Remove root causes of equipment failures and support daily maintenance performed by operating teams. Train, coach, evaluate, and guide maintenance team members to follow safe and quality-focused work standards. Enforce plant safety programs and maintain compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and internal safety procedures. Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance activities including vibration analysis, oil analysis, compressor analysis, and thermal imaging. Evaluate preventive and predictive maintenance frequencies to ensure optimal use of resources and improved equipment reliability. Ensure equipment is maintained for efficient operation within the maintenance budget, union guidelines, and applicable United States Department of Agriculture regulations. Read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating instructions, and maintenance documentation. Ingredients Required for Your Success. High school diploma or GED required. At least three years of maintenance experience. At least one year of experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and knowledge of electronic and electrical principles. Physical Requirements. When visiting these sites, the physical requirements below may apply: You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination. You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size. This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Compensation Annual Base Salary: $70,000.00 - $88,000.00 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
