What You’ll Do: Drive occupancy growth at underperforming properties Lead lease-up efforts and stabilize communities fast Tour prospects, close leases, and deliver standout customer service Manage applications, leases, and move-in paperwork Execute marketing strategies & outreach (Craigslist, local partnerships, etc.) Conduct market surveys & competitive shops Maintain accurate records in Yardi Ensure curb appeal & model readiness at every property Train, mentor, and elevate leasing teams across your region ??
