Solar Utility Technician Leaders in this job provide the first line of guidance as the working leader for technicians who perform Vegetation management and Site Equipment PM work. Employees in this role schedule all mobile equipment routine maintenance, maintain parts inventory, monitor mobile equipment performance, diagnose problems, and make recommendations to optimize efficiency. Leader will ensure team is developed and using all processes and procedures. Job Duties & Responsibilities Maintains a safe work environment Assists in the selection and training of team members Assists Leader in the preparation of reports regarding chemical usage, maintenance, and budgeting Ensures team is following processes Ensures team has the right tools for the job Ensures the reliability of the team Ensures team is provided with the proper training to perform their work Communicates with his or her leader on day to day work of team Coordinates work scopes with leader and direct reports Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Grad / GED Experience: 3 years Leadership Experience: 1 years Valid Driver's License (NON CDL) Preferred Qualifications None The estimated base pay for this position is $75,200.00 to $112,800.00 per year. Starting pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, job-related and industry knowledge and skills and education/training.
