The Quantitative Researcher delivers data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions across Business Banking. This role is designed for a researcher with hands-on ownership of quantitative survey research, from survey design through analysis and executive storytelling. This position plays a critical role in quantifying customer behaviors, attitudes, and needs to support value proposition strategy, product bundling, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement. Insights from this work influence significant investments and measure the impact of initiatives on customer growth, retention, and satisfaction. What You’ll Do. Own end-to-end quantitative survey research, including questionnaire design, sampling approach, fielding, data validation, analysis, and reporting. Design and execute large-scale quantitative studies to answer complex business questions. Apply statistical techniques to survey data to identify trends, segments, drivers, and opportunity areas. Translate business objectives into rigorous measurement and survey frameworks. Synthesize survey insights with other quantitative and qualitative inputs for a holistic customer view. Create executive-ready deliverables, including presentations, dashboards, and written insights. Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Data Science, CX, Product, and Strategy teams. Ensure data quality, methodological rigor, and compliance with privacy and ethical standards. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in quantitative research or market research. Preferred Skills & Experience. Primary ownership of quantitative survey research as a core responsibility (not analysis-only roles)Deep expertise in survey methodology, including questionnaire design, sampling, and experimental approaches. Experience applying advanced quantitative techniques (e.g., segmentation, driver analysis, choice modeling) to survey data. Hands-on experience with enterprise survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics or similar tools)Strong ability to translate survey findings into clear, actionable insights for senior, non-technical audiences. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
