Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and manufacturing—own the supply chain with confidence. Generate and manage Purchase Orders (SAP) with precision and speed. Proactively identify and resolve material shortages before they impact production. Monitor and drive supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance. Prepare and analyze supplier KPIs to support continuous improvement. Facilitate supplier onboarding and setup processes. Navigate Siemens procurement tools (SAP, IOL, GMDM, SCM - Star) with ease. Issue POs for capital equipment via one. SRM. Participate in supplier qualification for key components. Lead negotiations for Purchase Orders and pursue year-over-year cost savings. Ensure full compliance with Siemens buying guidelines and terms. Collaborate with Supplier Quality and Engineering teams to resolve non-conformances. Support GR/ IR issue resolution and exception handling. Help shape commodity strategies for assigned spend categories. Provide backup support to fellow procurement team members. You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of procurement experience.
