Office Administrator. Location: Centennial,CO 80111 Pay: $20-$25/hr DOE - Shift Schedule: M-F, 10 AM -2 PM - Job type: Temporary. Experience: 6 months of Office Administrator experience. We are looking for Office Administrator that provides essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role is crucial for maintaining organization, supporting member relations, and assisting the team in achieving the council's mission of promoting business opportunities for certified minority-owned enterprises. Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage front office duties, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries. Data Management: Assist with organizing, updating, and maintaining membership and contact databases (MBE and Corporate Member directories). Correspondence: Draft and proofread professional correspondence, emails, and internal memos as requested. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, including preparing meeting materials, booking conference rooms, and handling catering when necessary. Office Maintenance: Manage office supply inventory, ensure common areas are tidy, and coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance. Required Qualifications. High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with calendar management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. A professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with corporate representatives, minority business owners, and staff. Interested in this position?
