Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Edit/ Media Asst for Athletics – Marketing. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Works under the direction of the Associate Athletic Director for Brand Advancement and Assistant Athletic Director for Brand Advancement, Creative Services and Branding. Collaborates with staff. Develops ideas and leads production of new/original graphic design content within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics FLSA Nonexempt Grade 03 Salary Details Minimum Salary 52602.480 Mid Range Salary 64788.980 Maximum Salary 76975.480 Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. Ability to work under time constraints and meet assigned deadlines. Ability to operate under tight windows. Ability to digest and prioritize tasks in order of importance to deliver results, while staying up-to-date on the latest design trends and industry changes. Ability to conceptualize, design and create graphic materials with an understanding of specific audiences. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years graphic design experience. Equipment Utilized Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and In. Design. Physical Demands and Work Environment Availability to work evenings/weekends and holidays required. Ability to lift heavy objects. Special Conditions Safe Driving Record.
