As a Senior Workplace Ambassador at JLL, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional client experiences through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service within a select portfolio of properties. You'll serve as the vital connection between JLL, service partners, and our clients, building meaningful relationships that transform ordinary workplaces into extraordinary experiences. From troubleshooting employee inquiries to recognizing friction points and creating innovative programming solutions, you'll be empowered to make operational adjustments that directly impact the care and comfort of everyone in the workplace. What your day-to-day will look like: - Serve as the primary onsite contact for client employee inquiries, issues, and feedback, delivering solutions that positively impact workplace care and comfort - Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments throughout the property to ensure service level agreements, policies, and performance metrics are consistently met with flawless execution - Manage conference room bookings and meeting space coordination using room scheduling systems, ensuring seamless reservations and optimal space utilization - Ensure meeting and event spaces are impeccably prepared—coordinating room setups, supporting onsite events, managing equipment inventory, and partnering with service vendors for seamless delivery - Navigate multiple technology platforms daily including banking systems, facilities management systems, and workplace tools to deliver efficient operational support - Build meaningful, lasting relationships with client employees and guests through visible engagement and accessibility across the workplace - Recognize opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and create innovative programming that reduces friction for client employees. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required - 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility management, building operations, or commercial real estate - Strong technology aptitude with ability to quickly learn and manage multiple software systems including banking platforms, facilities systems, and room booking tools - Exceptional customer service skills with demonstrated passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences - Strong organizational and process management skills with ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments - This role involves regular movement throughout the workplace including conducting walkthroughs, coordinating event setups, and maintaining an active presence across the property. Preferred qualifications: - Professional hospitality certification (such as CHM, CHA, or equivalent credential) - Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and work order management platforms - Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting aligned to client goals and objectives - Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with multiple service partners. Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM -5:00 PM - This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position:72,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
