Essential Responsibilities: Lead complex projects that address regulatory challenges and improve compliance processes. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve regulatory issues and implement best practices. Analyze current business trends to inform regulatory strategies and initiatives. Develop and implement processes that enhance the organizations regulatory compliance efforts. Mentor and guide junior team members in regulatory relations best practices. Minimum Qualifications:8 years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change. Solid critical and analytical thinking, decision making, and innovative problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal/written (and PowerPoint) communication skills, including a proven track record of effective communication with regulatory agencies. Proven ability to interact well with internal leaders and external contacts, including regulators. Ability to credibly challenge solutions and ensure timely escalation of issues and concerns. Ability to think strategically while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment. Compliance experience in the financial services industry, with financial services licensing and reporting experience, and/or regulatory examination management experience preferred. Subsidiary:PayPal.
